Individual Therapy Sessions - $100 - 50 minutes

Individual sessions are typically held once a week and offer a supportive, one-on-one space to explore life’s challenges, build insight, and develop tools for emotional wellness. Sessions are tailored to your pace, goals, and lived experience.

Couples Therapy Sessions - $100 - 50 minutes

Couples sessions are generally held weekly and focus on improving communication, building trust, and strengthening connection. I may incorporate tools from the Gottman Method, and for premarital couples, I offer SYMBIS-based counseling for a thoughtful start to your partnership.

Child and Adolescent Sessions - $100 - 50 minutes

Therapy for children and teens is typically held weekly and uses a play-based or developmentally appropriate approach to help young clients express themselves, build coping skills, and feel understood. Parental involvement is included as needed to support progress at home.

Family Therapy Sessions - $100 - 50 minutes

Family sessions are usually scheduled weekly and are focused on enhancing communication, repairing relationships, and fostering connection between family members. Depending on your goals, sessions may include the whole family or selected members.

“In my early professional years I was asking the question: How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for his own personal growth?”
